Terms and Conditions
All rates are quoted in US Dollars
The prices are net and per person.
Prices are subject to change and will be reconfirmed by Bravietour Incoming at the time of booking.
The rates are not valid during New Year's, Carnaval or any other or local national holidays.
Special rates on request.
All services will be with english speaking guides. Some languages, due to shortage of guides in one or another area in the country are subject to previous confirmation and to an additional charge. Please consult us on other languages.
At booking 10% of the total amount. The rest of the amount must be credited to our bank account, 60 days prior to clients first service or accommodation.
Changing a booking:
Changes may be made without penalty 30 days or more prior to departure, depending availability. Changes or cancellations made within a time period shorter than 30 days may be subject to fees resulting from changes in hotel reservations.
Cancelling a booking:
Unless otherwise specified for a specific trip or fare, you may cancel your trip and receive a refund. As we have to make non-refundable deposits with hotels and service providers to reserve space, we are obligated to charge cancellation fees for cancellations closer to the departure date. The schedule for cancellation penalties is as follows, subject to change:
Booking fee of 10% of the total amount:
Up to 60 days before departure - no penalty
59 - 30 days before departure - 25% penalty
29 - 15 days before departure - 50 % penalty
14 days before departure - 100 % penalty (non-refundable)
If you foresee the chance of having to cancel your trip, we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. If purchasing an extension, make sure that the insurance covers the dates of the extension.
Travel documents & visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.
Please report complaints immediately to the service provider or staff at the location. This way they still have the opportunity to make some corrections when complaints are justified.
If the following-up of your complaint is not satisfactory, please send an email to Bravietour Incoming max. 14 days after the last day of your trip, so that we can do all the possible to find a solution that suits everyone's needs.
Bravietour Incoming gives notice that all tickets and vouchers issued by them and all arrangements for transport and conveyance or for hotel accommodation, are made by them as AGENTS upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, in connection therewith or of any hotel proprietor, manager or servant. Bravietour Incoming accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, bus, car, steamer, airplane or other services, sickness, weather, war, quarantine or other causes.
